Striking eyes, a surprised but joyful face, all in red. Above him he finds himself flanked by two Geisha. A painting inspired by traditional Japanese theater (Kabuki) and its wild expressions and mystifying imagery. In Kabuki, the face paint informs the audience of a specific character, his energy, his motivation and who he is. There are negative and positive colors. Red and blue being among the spectrum of positive colors used for good characters.
Red indicates passion and enthusiasm, while light blue hints at an even temper.
