A round-tailed sparrowhawk with its bone structure. Due to the perspective, this iteration of the golden bones was particularly difficult to illustrate as I could only work from a few taxonomy drawings I found during my internet research. At the time of making this image, I was happy with the depiction of the bones and the animal itself in the background. Of all the attempts to realize this concept in different ways over the course of the 100 Ink series, I liked this one the best.
