The second variant of this motif.
In keeping with the theme of the Alps from the previous illustration, I experimented with creating a drawing using just one line, without lifting my pen. In total I drew around 10 variants of this Ibex, but only kept two of them. During this process, because of the Ibex’s horns, it occurred to me to draw both the internal and external elements of the creature separately. In this manner I discovered the concept of drawing golden skeletons, as anatomically correct as I could make them, alongside the animal’s visuals.
