This was the first painting of this Momentary Dreams series where I began noticing that, in contrast to my 100 Ink series, not all paintings are going to be able to be completed within just one day. This Geisha is an iteration of a motif I had originally developed for my “Kabuki” painting. It was my goal to expand on this concept a little and improve it by adapting new techniques.
